We provide residential and commercial power washing throughout St. Charles County and St. Louis County, Missouri, including O’Fallon, St. Charles, St. Peters, and Lake St. Louis. We’re based in Lake St. Louis — see the full service area.
What is the difference between power washing and soft washing?
Power washing uses high-pressure water to clean hard surfaces like concrete and driveways. Soft washing uses low pressure with eco-friendly cleaning solutions to safely clean delicate surfaces such as siding, stucco, and roof shingles. We use both, matched to the surface: high pressure for concrete cleaning, low pressure for house washing.
Are you licensed and insured?

Do you offer discounts for seniors or military?
Yes. We offer a 15% discount for senior citizens and a 15% discount for military personnel, combinable for up to 30% off. Disabled combat veterans may qualify for free service on up to 2,500 sq ft. These are standing discounts, not promotions — here’s how they work.

What we clean, and how
Is soft washing safe for vinyl siding, stucco, and roof shingles?
Yes. With soft washing the cleaning solutions do the work, not the pressure, so vinyl siding, stucco, brick, and roof shingles get clean without damage.
What does soft washing remove from a house?
Algae, mildew, mold, spider webs, mud daubers, and rust stains — the buildup that makes siding look older than it is.
Can you get oil stains out of a driveway?
Yes. Pressure washing lifts oil stains, gum, and embedded dirt out of driveways, sidewalks, and patios.
Do you seal concrete after cleaning it?
We can. Concrete sealing is an optional add-on after cleaning that protects the surface — just ask for it when you request your quote.
Can rust stains really be removed?

Do you clean decks, patios, and fences?
Yes. We wash wood and composite decks, patios, and fences, clearing gray buildup, mildew, and grime without damaging the surface.
Do you work with commercial properties?
